TD Securities Says 10-Year U.S. Treasuries Offer Value During Weakness

TD Securities interest-rate strategists said in a report that investors could consider buying 10-year U.S. Treasuries when prices fall. According to Jin10, they said uncertainty around the Federal Reserve’s policy path could keep the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield in a 4.25% to 4.66% range in the short term. TD Securities forecast that the Federal Reserve would not raise interest rates, but said rate-hike expectations could remain elevated because the Fed was still waiting for more data.
