Singapore police arrested Chen Xiuling, a 44-year-old Singaporean woman, at Changi Airport on November 5. According to Foresight News, citing Singapore’s Channel NewsAsia, Chen previously served as a director of several Singapore-registered companies believed to be beneficially owned by Prince Group founder Chen Zhi. The allegations concern the submission of false agreements to JTC Corporation in 2022 to obtain approval to lease properties.
Police also said they have issued disposal orders for 14 additional properties linked to Prince Group since June 2026 and seized multiple bank and securities accounts. The assets involved are valued at about S$100 million, bringing the total value of assets seized or restricted from disposal in connection with the group to more than S$700 million.
