TAO Alpha PLC Initiates Second Convertible Loan with ParaFi Capital Investment

According to PANews, TAO Alpha PLC, a publicly listed company in the UK, has announced the initiation of its second convertible loan following the acquisition of a £5 million fixed-price convertible loan. The company aims to raise at least £100 million, with blockchain and digital asset investment firm ParaFi Capital LP participating and providing an initial £20 million. TAO Alpha has established a subsidiary in Singapore, Tao Alpha PTE. LTD, to manage its financial assets. The company has introduced a new financial policy focused on Bitcoin, allowing up to two-thirds of its cash reserves to be allocated to Bitcoin and stablecoins. The terms of the latest financing are expected to be finalized by mid-July.
