U.S. Southern Command Says It Intercepted and Sunk a Vessel in the Eastern Pacific

According to Sina Finance, the U.S. Southern Command said on September 3 that U.S. forces successfully intercepted a vessel in the eastern Pacific that was supporting the Los Choneros drug trafficking terrorist organization. After boarding, searching, and completing a security sweep, U.S. forces sank the vessel. The command said the operation was carried out in coordination with Ecuador.
