WEMIX and Garden Finance Disclose Security Incidents as TRM Labs Records 207 Hacks in H1 2026

WEMIX and Garden Finance disclosed separate security incidents involving unauthorized token issuance and stolen funds. According to NS3.AI, WEMIX reported 5,225,525 unauthorized WEMIX$ issued, while Garden Finance said about $450,000 was drained from its platform. TRM Labs said it recorded 207 hacks in the first half of 2026, the highest six-month total the firm has recorded. It added that total stolen funds fell to about $972 million from about $2.3 billion in H1 2025.
