TYLsemi Raises $43 Million in Early Funding for AI Infrastructure Chiplet Platform

TYLsemi said it has raised $43 million in early-stage funding, led by Matter Venture Partners with participation from Viola Ventures, GHOVC, and Egis Technology. According to ChainCatcher, the company is positioning the capital to support its chiplet-based AI infrastructure platform, which spans IO interconnect, power management, and memory. TYLsemi said its standardized chiplet portfolio includes TYL.IO for high-bandwidth interconnects such as PCIe, ESUN, and UALink, TYL.Power as an integrated voltage-regulation chiplet for XPU designs, and the planned TYL.Mem memory-connectivity product. The company also said its TYL.Forge full-stack platform provides customized AI silicon solutions and claims it can cut the time and cost from architecture to mass production by up to 50%.
