Circle President Heath Tarbert Has Sold CRCL Stock 10 Times Since June 2025

Circle President and former U.S. CFTC Chair Heath Tarbert has sold CRCL stock 10 times since June 2025, according to SEC Form 4 filings, with total disposals of about $30.77 million. According to ChainCatcher, the public disclosures show the transactions mainly involved stock sales and option exercises, and Tarbert still holds about 503,000 company shares with no record of open-market buying. Tarbert previously told FOX Business, in response to CRCL falling from about $260 to about $62, that the company is focused on long-term development. He said that if Circle succeeds in building internet financial infrastructure, the stock will take care of itself.
