Minimax-W (00100.HK) said it plans to place 35.6 million new Class A shares at a placing price of HK$268.00 per share, representing a 9.89% discount. According to Odaily, the company disclosed the plan in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 10. Minimax-W expects the placement to raise about HK$9.54 billion in proceeds.
