According to BeInCrypto, the firm said the problem often starts before listing, when teams focus on allocation tables and unlock schedules but fail to tie the token to the business model, treasury planning and long-term circulation. 8Blocks said control typically breaks through distribution pressure from deep discounts, short locks and oversized reward pools, and through “empty utility” such as vague governance perks. It urged pre- and post-launch tokenomics audits to assess emissions, vesting, utility, token flows and unlock risk.
