Hayden Adams Says Robinhood Chain Is Not Dead After Fee Cut

Uniswap founder Hayden Adams dismissed claims that Robinhood Chain is "dead," saying the conclusion based only on fee revenue charts is misleading. According to ChainCatcher, he said Robinhood simply raised the gas limit and lowered user fees to expand on-chain capacity and meet strong demand for block space. Adams said about 95% of Robinhood Chain's DEX trading volume comes from Uniswap and that the network is still performing well. Dragonfly managing partner Haseeb previously said Robinhood Chain's on-chain revenue fell sharply after the fee cut, but DEX volume remained strong and was second only to Solana. He said the move appeared intentional, with Robinhood prioritizing lower fees and higher capacity to attract RWA and on-chain financial activity rather than maximizing short-term sequencer revenue.
