ByteDance's Doubao Work Launches Business Operations Plugins

ByteDance's AI office agent Doubao Work has launched business operations plugins and is promoting them to a limited group of enterprise users. According to ChainCatcher, users can access official plugins for Douyin Life Services operations, Ocean Engine Local Push, and TikTok for Business through the Plugins page. After authorizing their accounts, merchants can ask Doubao Work to retrieve and analyze recent store sales performance and advertising expenditures, then generate review reports with findings and adjustment recommendations. Through the Douyin Life Services Operations plugin, merchants can authorize their Douyin Laike and Shengyijing accounts to query business data and produce reports with analysis and suggested actions.
