Iranian President: Willing to end the war with guarantees

Iranian President Manmohan Pezechyan stated that Iran has no intention of starting a war, but is willing to end it if it can ensure that it will not be attacked again. Pezechyan called the military actions of the United States and Israel unprecedented crimes and violations of international law, and said that Iran had engaged in goodwill negotiations before the attacks.
