Bostjancic predicts that the Fed will reduce interest rates by 25 basis points in September, October, and December. However, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell may adopt a cautious approach by supporting a rate cut in September while emphasizing that it does not signal further easing. If inflation worsens, the Fed may pause its actions.
