The Smarter Web Company Secures $56.5 Million for Bitcoin Acquisition

According to Foresight News, London-listed technology firm The Smarter Web Company has successfully raised approximately $56.5 million through accelerated bookbuilding and subscription. The funds are intended for the purchase of additional Bitcoin.The newly issued ordinary shares and subscription shares will be fully paid upon issuance and will carry the same rights as the company's existing ordinary shares. This includes entitlement to all dividends and other distributions declared, paid, or made from the date of issuance.
