Canton Strategic Holdings Plans Tokenized Common Stock With 24/7 Trading and Atomic Settlement

Canton Strategic Holdings has agreed with tokenized securities trading platform TSV LLC to plan a tokenized version of its common stock on Canton Network. According to Odaily, SEC-registered transfer agent Fairmint will handle token issuance and on-chain shareholder registration. Token holders will have the same shareholder rights as holders of the company’s Nasdaq-listed common stock. The shares are intended to trade through the Tradecraft protocol’s automated market maker mechanism, with 24/7 trading and immediate atomic settlement for identity-verified institutional and retail investors.
