Moody's Downgrades Poland's Credit Rating to A3, Outlook Stable

According to Sina Finance, Moody's lowered Poland's long-term foreign-currency debt rating from A2 to A3 and its foreign-currency issuer rating from A2 to A3. The outlook was revised from negative to stable. Moody's said the downgrade to A3 reflects expectations that the country's fiscal strength will continue to deteriorate.
