Chaojie Shares Plans Share Placement to Raise Up to 690 Million Yuan

Chaojie Shares said on September 10 that it plans to issue no more than 56.3896 million shares to qualified investors, including fund managers, securities firms, trust companies, finance companies, insurance investors, QFII, RQFII and other eligible legal entities and individuals, to raise no more than 690 million yuan, according to Jiemian News. After issuance costs, the net proceeds will be used for an upgrade and renovation project at its precision manufacturing integrated base, an expansion project at its high-end equipment supporting production base, and to supplement working capital.
