Binance Launches 40,000 USDC Futures Trading Competition Across Crypto and TradFi Markets

According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange is set to run a Futures trading competition that lets eligible users compete in either Crypto Futures or TradFi Futures for a share of a 40,000 USDC prize pool. The activity period runs from 2026-09-08 08:00 (UTC) to 2026-10-07 23:59 (UTC). In Activity A, eligible Crypto Futures traders who confirm participation and trade at least $25,000 equivalent on eligible Futures trading pairs will be ranked by ROI, with the top 5,000 participants sharing a 25,000 USDC prize pool. In Activity B, eligible TradFi traders who confirm participation and trade at least $5,000 equivalent on eligible TradeFi trading pairs will be ranked by trading volume, with the top 5,000 participants sharing a 15,000 USDC prize pool. Binance said eligible trading pairs include all available pairs on Binance Exchange, excluding stablecoin-to-stablecoin pairs, 0 fee pairs, and 0 fee maker orders. The announcement also said only regular and VIP 1 - 3 users who complete identity verification in the selected region and click "Register Now" during the activity period will be eligible. Binance said rewards in both activities will be distributed according to ranking tiers, with the highest-ranked users receiving the largest shares of each prize pool. For Activity A, rankings are based on ROI performance, while Activity B uses trading volume as the ranking metric. The exchange said eligible users can view their rankings on the activity page, and final winners for both activities will be subject to a risk assessment after the activities end. Binance also said sub-account trading volume will be combined with the master account’s standard trading volume in the final calculation, and each sub-account will not be treated as an independent account. Token voucher rewards are scheduled to be distributed by 2026-11-06, and users will be able to redeem them through Account > Rewards Hub. The voucher validity period is 30 days from the day of distribution.
