Strategy has raised about $20.9 billion so far this year, ranking fourth in U.S. stock offerings behind SpaceX, Alphabet, and Intel. According to Odaily, the company said in its latest 8-K filing that it generated $602.8 million in net proceeds from recent sales of MSTR common stock, with $369.7 million used to buy 4,603 BTC at an average price of about $80,318. As of August 30, Strategy held 845,050 BTC with total purchase costs of about $63.73 billion and an average cost of about $75,412. MSCI's consultation on digital asset treasury companies will end on September 30, and the market is watching whether it will change related index inclusion standards.
