Lingnan University Mainland Student Rents Tuen Mun Nano Flat For HK$9,400 A Month

A low-floor unit at The Carmel in Tuen Mun has been rented for HK$9,400 a month by a mainland student from Lingnan University, according to Ming Pao. Centaline Property senior district sales manager Siu Chun-pong said the flat, Unit B, has a saleable area of 181 square feet and an open-plan layout. The rent was described as market level, and the tenant prepaid one year of rent in a lump sum of more than HK$110,000.
