Chainlink Announces Strategic Partnership With Swift Service Provider

Chainlink has announced a strategic partnership with a Swift service provider to connect Bottomline's existing payment infrastructure with public and private blockchains through an interoperability and orchestration layer. According to Foresight News, CCIP will handle the secure cross-chain transfer of tokenized value, while Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) will coordinate payment workflows end to end. The arrangement allows Bottomline's banking clients to continue using the ISO 20022 messaging standard and access onchain payment channels through a single, network-agnostic connection.
