Konka Group Plans Voluntary Delisting From Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Konka Group said on September 3, 2026, that its board approved a plan to voluntarily withdraw its A-share and B-share listings from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and, after delisting, apply to transfer the shares to the delisting board, according to Jiemian News. The company said trading in its shares will be suspended from the open on September 4, 2026. Konka Group will hold a second extraordinary shareholders' meeting on September 14, 2026, to vote on the delisting proposal, with the record date set for September 3, 2026. If shareholders do not approve the plan, the company said it will apply for trading to resume from September 15, 2026, the date of the shareholders' meeting resolution announcement. The company added that it will be delisted within five trading days after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange announces its delisting decision.
