Goldlion Energy Says Independent Director And Supervisor Have Resigned

Goldlion Energy (06885) said independent non-executive director Zhang Xicheng has resigned with effect from yesterday. He will also cease to be chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination and audit committees, according to ETNet. The company said supervisor Lü Hong has also resigned with effect from yesterday. Following the two resignations, Goldlion Energy said it no longer complies with its articles of association, listing rules and the terms of reference of board committees. Both Zhang and Lü confirmed they have no disagreement with the board and are not aware of any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.
