Binance to Launch Altcoin Trading Festival With 300,000 USDC Prize Pool

According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange will launch an Altcoin Trading Festival that gives eligible users a chance to share a total prize pool of 300,000 USDC in token vouchers. The promotion period runs from 2026-09-02 10:00 (UTC) to 2026-09-09 10:00 (UTC), and participation is open to verified new users, regular users, and all Binance VIP users. Liquidity providers in the Binance Spot Liquidity Provider Program and Binance Brokers are not eligible. To qualify, users must register through the campaign page and reach at least 500 USD equivalent in total trading volume across the eligible spot pairs PROM/USDT, ZKP/USDT, and SC/USDT during the promotion period. Binance said the main reward pool will be based on cumulative trading volume, with rewards ranging from 9,000 USDC for first place to proportional shares for remaining eligible participants, capped at 50 USDC per user for the final allocation tier. Binance also said it will introduce a limited-time Sprint Reward alongside the main tournament. Under this structure, users can earn extra rewards based on their ranking by cumulative trading volume during two statistical periods: Round 1 from 2026-09-02 10:00 (UTC) to 2026-09-04 10:00 (UTC), and Round 2 from 2026-09-04 10:01 (UTC) to 2026-09-06 10:00 (UTC). The Sprint Reward pool also uses cumulative trading volume rankings, with rewards listed for the top five participants, including 9,000 USDC for first place and 3,000 USDC for fifth place. Binance said users may earn from both the Main Reward and Sprint Reward pools at the same time. Token vouchers will be distributed by 2026-09-23 and will expire within 21 days after distribution. Binance added that leaderboard updates will be posted at least once every 24 hours, and only users who meet the minimum qualifying trading volume threshold will appear on the leaderboard.
