Binance to Support bStocks Cash Dividend Distribution for QCOMB, PYPLB, and GOOGLB

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform will support cash dividend distribution via bStocks for Qualcomm Incorporated (QCOM), PayPal (PYPL), and Alphabet (GOOGL) holders of QCOMB, PYPLB, and GOOGLB. The net cash dividend will be reinvested, after applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other deductions, into additional units or fractions of the same underlying security. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of QCOMB, PYPLB, and GOOGLB bStocks, while on-chain holders of these assets will receive the dividend through a multiplier adjustment. Trading of QCOMB/USDT, PYPLB/USDT, and GOOGLB/USDT will not be affected. Binance said it will handle the technical requirements for users involved in the event, and dividends earned from assets held in other accounts, including Savings Account and Margin Account, will be credited to the Spot Account. The company also said deposits, withdrawals, and token conversion services for the affected bStocks will resume when the distribution is completed, with no further announcement planned. Eligibility and Service Changes: Users with QCOMB holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-03 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible for the dividend distribution. Users with PYPLB holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-04 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible, and users with GOOGLB holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-04 00:00 (UTC) will also be eligible. For QCOMB, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between QCOM stock and QCOMB bStocks will be suspended at 2026-09-02 23:30 (UTC), and deposits and withdrawals of QCOMB tokens will also be suspended at that time. For PYPLB, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between PYPL stock and PYPLB bStocks will be suspended at 2026-09-03 23:30 (UTC), along with deposits and withdrawals of PYPLB. For GOOGLB, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between GOOGL stock and GOOGLB bStocks will be suspended at 2026-09-03 23:30 (UTC), along with deposits and withdrawals of GOOGLB. Binance Convert will pause the conversion of QCOMB and all associated pairs at 2026-09-02 23:30 (UTC), while PYPLB and GOOGLB conversions and associated pairs will pause at 2026-09-03 23:30 (UTC).
