Talos Integrates Kalshi To Let Clients Trade Event Contracts and Perpetuals

Institutional crypto trading platform Talos has integrated prediction market operator Kalshi, allowing some clients to trade Kalshi event contracts and crypto perpetual contracts through its existing digital asset trading infrastructure without a separate connection. According to Odaily, Talos will offer algorithmic order types including Iceberg, TWAP, and POV, as well as multi-leg execution for perpetual-to-perpetual and perpetual-to-spot spread trades. Institutional clients can also use its request-for-quote platform to execute large Kalshi contract trades with participating over-the-counter liquidity providers. Talos plans to expand its dealer software to brokers and trading platforms later this year so they can offer Kalshi event contracts directly to clients where permitted, and it will launch a unified prediction market data feed that standardizes events, trades, order books, open interest, and implied probabilities across platforms. CoinGecko said prediction market nominal trading volume reached $113.8 billion in the second quarter, up 48.7% from the previous quarter, while June nominal trading volume hit $52.8 billion, a monthly record. Kalshi's market share rose to 58.9% from 42.4% in the first quarter, while Polymarket's fell to 30.2% from 35.8%.
