Mao Kee Wah Chong Raises Placing Price to HK$4.63, Extends Deadline

Mao Kee Wah Chong (1716) said it signed a supplemental agreement for its earlier share placement, lifting the placing price to HK$4.63 from HK$4.28 and extending the long-stop date to August 10 from today, according to Ming Pao. The new placing price represents an 11.81% discount to the closing price of HK$5.25. Gross proceeds from the placement have been raised to HK$250 million from HK$231 million, while net proceeds were increased to HK$247 million from HK$229 million.
