Declan Rice is expected to recover in time to start for England in Wednesday’s World Cup semi-final against Argentina in Atlanta, according to Yahoo Sports. The Arsenal midfielder has been working back from a stomach illness that affected his build-up to the quarter-final win over Norway, and he has rejoined the squad after no longer needing to isolate. Rice started against Norway but was replaced at half-time, with coach Thomas Tuchel saying afterward his vice-captain had little chance of lasting the full match.
