Strategy’s STRC Dividend Hike and Buybacks Buy Time as Bitcoin Hovers Near $60,000, Ferraioli Says

Jim Ferraioli said Strategy’s recent STRC actions have bought the company time as Bitcoin hovers near $60,000. According to NS3.AI, Strategy raised the STRC dividend to 12% and authorized $2 billion in buybacks after the product fell near $70 from its $100 par value. Ferraioli said the move comes as Strategy faces constraints tied to STRC’s trading level. He added that a lower multiple could limit Strategy’s ability to issue shares and buy more Bitcoin in the second half of the year.
