100 Most (1716) said it placed 54 million new shares at HK$4.28 each, a discount of about 19.7% to the previous day’s price, according to Ming Pao. The new shares represent about 16.67% of the company’s enlarged share capital. Net proceeds are expected to be about HK$228 million.
