China Enterprise Names Sun Yi Chairman, Elects Lou Shanjie Vice Chairman

China Enterprise Co. (600675.SH) said it has elected Sun Yi as chairman of its 11th board, while vice chairman Li Jian will no longer perform the duties of chairman, head of the board’s strategy committee, or legal representative. The company also elected Lou Shanjie as vice chairman, according to Jiemian News. Tianyancha data cited by Jiemian News show the company’s top shareholders are Shanghai Land Group with a 65.21% stake and China Resources Land with 6.82%. A person close to China Resources Land’s Shanghai unit said on June 26, 2026 that Lou’s appointment is as a shareholder representative and he will continue to handle his responsibilities at China Resources Land’s Shanghai company. The company reported 2025 revenue of 10.557 billion yuan, up 51.71% year on year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of 119 million yuan, returning to profitability. It also reported net cash flow from operating activities of -1.183 billion yuan in 2025.
