Beijing Jing Tie Northeast Ring Railway Operations Management Company Registered With 8.9 Billion Yuan Capital

A new company, Beijing Jing Tie Northeast Ring Railway Operations Management Co., Ltd., has been established with registered capital of about 8.9 billion yuan. According to Jin10, Qichacha data showed the company was recently set up with Zhang Ying as its legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of recycled resources, land remediation services, engineering management services, leasing of non-residential real estate, overseas contracting of projects, and construction engineering design. Qichacha’s equity penetration information showed the company is wholly owned by China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd.
