Tools for Humanity has launched two internal investigations into allegations that executives misused company funds involving millions of U.S. dollars. According to NS3.AI, the executives are accused of approving payments to a foreign entity with the aim of artificially inflating Worldcoin's market price. The report also says a partner in Thailand is suspected of involvement in an international “pig butchering” scam and is wanted internationally. The allegations connect the suspected partner and the questioned payments to the broader claims of improper conduct tied to Worldcoin.
