Hony Capital Culture (0419) said Zhao Linghuan has resigned as a non-executive director and chairman due to other work arrangements. According to Ming Pao, the chairman role will be temporarily vacant, with executive director Yuan Haibo assisting in coordinating the company’s management and operations. The company also said CEO Cheng Wu has resigned as chief executive due to personal work arrangements requiring more time, but will remain an executive director, while Yuan will be reassigned from president to chief executive officer and continue as an executive director.
