NewGenIVF Adds $4 Million Investment in K25.ai, Bringing Total to $6 Million at $100 Million Implied Valuation

NewGenIVF Group Limited, a Nasdaq-listed company, said it made an additional $4 million strategic investment in AI-native livestreaming and prediction-market platform K25.ai, bringing its total investment to $6 million and implying a valuation of $100 million. According to ChainCatcher, the deal includes K25.ai founder and CEO Andy Cheung and two co-founders joining NewGen’s board of directors. NewGen said the new funding will be used to accelerate product development and support K25.ai’s efforts to combine AI with livestreaming, digital assets, and prediction markets.
