OpenAI Plans Confidential IPO with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley

OpenAI is reportedly preparing for a confidential initial public offering (IPO) with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as underwriters, according to The Wall Street Journal. The company is valued at approximately $852 billion in the private market. A draft prospectus could be submitted to U.S. regulators as early as May 23. OpenAI has also issued a warning that unauthorized pre-stock tokens linked to its equity may hold no value.
