Nakamoto Announces 1:40 Reverse Stock Split to Meet Nasdaq Listing Requirements

Nakamoto, a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company, has announced a 1:40 reverse stock split to comply with Nasdaq's minimum listing price requirements. According to Odaily, the proposal has been approved by the shareholders. Following the split, the number of outstanding shares will decrease from approximately 696.1 million to about 17.4 million, while the par value and total authorized capital will remain unchanged. The reverse split will take effect on May 22, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, and the adjusted stock will continue trading under the ticker symbol NAKA after the market opens on the same day.
