VanEck and Grayscale File Amendments for Spot BNB ETF Proposals

VanEck and Grayscale have submitted new amendments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for their respective spot BNB Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) proposals. According to NS3.AI, VanEck filed Amendment No. 5, while Grayscale submitted Amendment No. 2 on May 16. Both ETFs are designed to hold BNB directly and will not include staking at the time of launch, although they have included conditional language for potential staking in the future. Analyst James Seyffart noted that these parallel filings might indicate feedback from the SEC and suggest a possible near-term launch window.
