Poland Moves to Integrate EU MiCA Rules Amid Presidential Uncertainty

The Polish parliament has approved a bill to incorporate the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulations into national legislation. However, the bill may face a presidential veto, as President Karol Nawrocki has previously blocked similar MiCA legislation in February and December of last year. This investigation has caused withdrawal difficulties for thousands of users.
