Anthropic PreStocks have decreased by approximately 38%, while OpenAI PreStocks have fallen by about 46% following warnings from both companies regarding unauthorized equity transfers. According to NS3.AI, the firms have stated that share transfers conducted through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), tokenized instruments, or forward contracts are restricted by their corporate bylaws. OpenAI further cautioned that buyers of these instruments might not receive any economic value.
