Strategy Records Largest Single-Day STRC Stock Issuance for Bitcoin Purchase

Strategy achieved its largest single-day STRC stock issuance on Monday, according to PANews. The company raised funds to acquire approximately 1,420 Bitcoins. The trading volume for STRC reached nearly $300 million, more than double the 30-day average of $124 million. Additionally, the company revised its Omnibus Sales Agreement to permit multiple agents to execute stock sales outside regular trading hours, enhancing the flexibility of financing Bitcoin acquisitions through STRC.
