InnoLight Plans Hong Kong IPO of 54.5 Million H Shares at Up to HK$1,010 Each

InnoLight Technology has filed for a global offering of 54.5 million H shares in Hong Kong, with 5.45 million shares allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and 49.05 million shares to the international tranche, according to Jiemian News. The maximum offer price is HK$1,010 per share, and the shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 30, 2026.
