Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Liuzhou) Co., Ltd. was recently established with registered capital of RMB 5 million, according to 36Kr, citing Tianyancha. The company’s legal representative is Zeng Fanqing, and its business scope includes R&D of emerging energy technologies, sales of battery-swapping facilities for new energy vehicles, R&D of online energy metering technologies, and energy performance contracting. The new entity is wholly owned by Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Nanning) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL).
