Datavault AI Reports Q1 2026 Business Update with Significant Tokenization Contracts

Datavault AI has released its business update for the first quarter of 2026. According to Odaily, the company has signed tokenization contracts exceeding $800 million, with approximately $100 million in fees expected to be recognized in 2026. The company achieved a new contract scale of about $75 million in the first quarter, highlighting institutional demand for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platforms. In terms of assets and financing, Datavault AI has strengthened its balance sheet through a $60 million private placement and an additional $120 million in non-dilutive financing. The company is advancing the expansion of its SanQtum AI infrastructure platform across the United States and plans to extend its quantum-secure GPU edge network by the end of 2026, deploying around 48,000 GPUs.
