Arbitrum DAO's oversight committee has classified three funded recipients as high-severity misuse cases and launched a vote to permanently disqualify them. According to Foresight News, none of the three responded or returned funds during the one-week response period.
Good Entry distributed 142,839 ARB to 1,032 ineligible users, APX Finance was linked to a total of 239,714 ARB in disputed funds, and Limitless converted 75,000 ARB into USDC and transferred it to the Base network. About 636 to 638 voters have participated in each proposal so far, with roughly 36.68 million ARB cast in total and support ranging from 99.9% to 100%, while opposition and abstentions are near zero.
The vote will close on September 18 at 5:30. The decision is described as the DAO's final social consensus determination and does not involve any subsequent on-chain execution.
