According to the U.S. Senate schedule, the Senate Banking Committee will hold an executive meeting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on January 15th to consider and vote on legislation related to the cryptocurrency market structure, H.R. 3633, the "Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025" (CLARITY Act). This bill aims to regulate trading activities in the digital asset market, strengthen oversight of fraudulent transactions, deceptive trading, and inflated trading volumes, and introduce compliance requirements such as proof of reserves.
