CoinShares plans to go public in the U.S. and raise approximately $50 million

Digital asset management company CoinShares announced plans to merge with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp., a special purpose acquisition company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, and Odysseus Holdings Limited, a Jersey entity, to facilitate the change of listing of CoinShares' common stock from Nasdaq Stockholm to the Nasdaq Stock Market in the United States. Additionally, the company plans to privately offer 5,000,000 shares of its common stock to private investors at a price of $10.04 per share, raising approximately $50 million. (Globenewswire)
