Metaplanet raises $515 million through new share offering

Odaily Planet Daily News: Metaplanet, a Japanese listed company, announced that it has successfully raised 74.9 billion yen (about 515 million US dollars) in equity funds for the purchase of more Bitcoin by issuing 54 million shares for the first time through the exercise of the 20th stock subscription rights. The issuance accounts for 29% of the company's subscription warrants, and the remaining approximately 1.31 million subscription warrants (about 131 million shares) are to be exercised.
