MicroStrategy Completes $1.01 Billion Convertible Notes Offering

According to official news, MicroStrategy completed the issuance of $1.01 billion convertible notes at a coupon rate of 0.625% and a conversion premium of 40%, including $135 million of notes issued pursuant to the purchase agreement, which granted the initial purchaser a purchase option within 13 days from the date of the first issuance of the notes. The initial purchaser exercised all the options on September 18, 2024, and the additional purchase was completed on September 19, 2024.
