U.S. SEC: Binance.US did not fully comply with required disclosure information

Lawyers for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said in a court filing on Tuesday that it had asked Binance.US to provide information about customer assets and other matters but that it had not fully complied with the request. The SEC said Binance.US failed to prove to its satisfaction that Binance Global employees were unable to access the assets of U.S. customers. Binance.US said it had answered all of the SEC’s questions and that further discovery requests exceeded the limits of the consent order. (CoinDesk)
